Kelly Connolly-Lekic

Kelly Connolly-Lekic has led every facet of project management from strategic planning to plan execution for leading corporate moving and furniture firms over the last fifteen years before starting her own firm in 2020. This vast experience in NY/NJ gives Kelly a unique ability to connect with client needs through each stage of the project.  She is as comfortable working with professionals on a construction site as she is leading a team in a corporate meeting or event. The true nature of her character and unlimited devotion to every project and every member of her team shows through her ability to bring any team together and to work seamlessly to obtain the highest quality results for the client. 

Championing and mentoring female leaders in the male-dominated industry of Industrial Design, Furniture Construction and Drafting is one of Kelly’s greatest passions. Since 1996, Kelly Connolly-Lekic has carved a path for women in this male-dominated space.  Post-college, she spent several years as the only female Industrial Design Teacher on the East Coast.  After spending several years devoted to raising her 3 fiercely-spirited daughters, she returned to the workplace as Project Coordinator, Site Manager, and Project Manager, working her way through the ranks and pushing through the glass ceiling.

She continues to share her compassionate and collaborative vision for corporate furniture, move and change management through her own firm, Pax Consultants.

Alison is a fastidious and highly skilled project coordinator.  She is the driving force behind the PAX project management team, playing a critical role in the continuous evolution of each project.  Moving swiftly and efficiently, she adds to every project’s successful outcome. 

She liaises with c-suite executives, managers, and clients to define project requirements, scopes and objectives that align with organizational goals. She coordinates external and internal resources to ensure projects remain within schedule and budget. She utilizes her strong analytical skills to track project progress and milestones.  Most recently, Alison has been working as a project coordinator at Morgan Stanley and American Express and has previously been embedded at Blackrock. and milestones.
